All ticket purchases are final and non-refundable.

Tickets may be transferred up to 14 days prior to the event. Transfers must be requested via email, are only valid once approved, must be to a person of the same role, and will incur a transfer fee.

Event details including schedule, artists, DJs, and program are subject to change.

All attendees agree to uphold respectful, consensual behaviour aligned with the One Zouk community values. One Zouk reserves the right to refuse entry or remove any attendee for inappropriate behaviour, without refund.

Attendance is at your own risk. One Zouk is not responsible for injury, loss, or damage.

By attending, you consent to photography and videography for promotional use unless otherwise advised in writing.

If the event is affected by circumstances outside our control, One Zouk reserves the right to offer a suitable alternative such as event credit or transfer.

Purchase of a ticket confirms acceptance of these terms.
